I’ve been blogging as The Sports Diva for 10(!) years, now, but sometimes there are things I’d love to share that have nothing to do with sports. So here we are at LightHazel. I’ll blog about life in general; books I’m reading; news that makes me sad, mad, excited, or confused; and other blogs that get me laughing, talking, and thinking.

The name comes from my eye color. Not technically light hazel that you’d see in an illustration. But what can you call eyes that are green, blue, and gray with a bit of amber around the iris? They’re not blue, they’re usually gray green, and they’re always looking at things and questioning, just like the rest of me.
